Peter Carroll

Peter Carroll

Peter is a multi-award winning public affairs campaigner. He is widely credited as the architect of Joanna Lumley’s Gurkha Justice Campaign and was one of the founders of the UK’s most successful fuel taxation campaign. He is also highly experienced in running political, charity and community based campaigns. He has extensive experience of working with local, regional and national media having worked as a Special Adviser in HM Treasury. 

Alongside Will de Peyer, Peter founded Tendo in 2015. 

Millie Hinton

Millie joined Tendo after graduating from the University of Manchester with a degree in Politics and International Relations. She has previously held roles at Future Cities Catapult and Look Ahead Housing Care and Support.

Millie is responsible for social media and political engagement for a range of our clients. Millie also provides the Secretariat support for APPGs and has helped to secure both political and public support for campaigns such as End Our Pain.

Will de Peyer

For five years, Will worked at the heart of the Government as a Special Adviser providing strategic and policy advice to the Chief Secretary. He was intimately involved in Budgets, Autumn Statements and Spending Reviews. Prior to that he held senior advisory roles within the Liberal Democrats. In his earlier career, he worked in several major City institutions providing him with a keen understanding of the financial services sector.

Alongside Peter Carroll, Will founded Tendo in 2015. 

Catherine Jones

Catherine Jones

Catherine joined Tendo after working for the Great Britain China Centre and the China-Britain Business Fusion. She graduated from Durham University with a degree in Chinese Studies.

Since joining Tendo, Cat has provided public affairs, communications and policy support for a range of clients including drafting consultation responses.

Paul Gaffney

Paul Gaffney

Paul has over a decade of public affairs and political experience including advising clients across a diverse range of sectors including transport, energy, leisure and housing. His experience also includes leading the public affairs team for one of the UK’s largest housing providers and working for The Football Association. Earlier in his career he worked in Parliament for a number of frontbench MPs working across a range of portfolios.
