  • Eleanor Brady

    Senior Account Executive

    Eleanor joined Tendo after completing an MA in Public Policy at King’s College London. She graduated with a degree in History and Politics from Warwick University in 2019. She has previously completed a range of internships, working for an MP, a political thought think-tank and two other public affairs consultancies with a focus on health and finance policy.

  • Peter Carroll

    Director

    Peter is a multi-award winning public affairs campaigner. He is widely credited as the architect of Joanna Lumley’s Gurkha Justice Campaign and was one of the founders of the UK’s most successful fuel taxation campaign. He is also highly experienced in running political, charity and community based campaigns. He has extensive experience of working with local, regional and national media having worked as a Special Adviser in HM Treasury.

    Alongside Will de Peyer, Peter founded Tendo in 2015.

  • Laura Clough

    Account Manager

    Laura joined Tendo with several years of public affairs experience focusing on local and central government to advise a range of clients including in transport and housing sectors. Prior to this she worked as a parliamentary researcher and has a BA in International Relations.

    She is active in the Labour party, sitting on the committee for Labours Campaign for Human Rights after completing a diplomatic leadership and negotiation course in Kosovo. At Tendo, Laura provides public affairs, policy and communication advice to a range of clients.

  • Helena Cox-Smith

    Account Manager

    Helena joined Tendo after graduating from the University of Oxford with a degree in History. She joined with previous experience in social research and consumer public relations.

    At Tendo, Helena provides public affairs and communications support to a range of clients spanning the environment, hospitality, transport, and criminal justice sectors.

  • Will de Peyer

    Director

    For five years, Will worked at the heart of the Government as a Special Adviser providing strategic and policy advice to the Chief Secretary. He was intimately involved in Budgets, Autumn Statements and Spending Reviews. Prior to that he held senior advisory roles within the Liberal Democrats. In his earlier career, he worked in several major City institutions providing him with a keen understanding of the financial services sector.

  • Paul Gaffney

    Director

    Paul is a senior media and public affairs adviser with over fifteen years’ experience advising politicians and some of the country’s largest businesses and trade bodies.

    He began his career in Parliament working for a senior frontbencher and has provided media advice on a number of General Election campaigns. He has also worked for The Football Association, a global communications consultancy and led the strategy and public affairs team at a major housing provider.

  • Jack Glasman

    Trainee

    Jack joined Tendo with experience working in an MP's office and interning with a London Assembly Member. He has an undergraduate degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Birmingham. At Tendo, Jack provides public affairs support to a wide array of clients, with a current focus on the transport sector.

  • Nicholas Hall

    Account Executive

    Nicholas joined Tendo after completing a BA in International Development from King’s College London. He has previously completed an internship abroad working to provide political exposure for small businesses from across a range of different industries, and has worked a number of years in client-facing roles in the retail and hospitality industries.

  • Chris Heley

    Senior Account Director

    Chris joined Tendo with a number of years’ experience in public affairs and has worked across a variety of clients and a range of national policy areas including transport, sports governance, health and FMCG. Chris has considerable experience liaising with and working alongside corporate clients, regulatory bodies, trade associations and local authorities.

    Chris has a BA in Politics from Swansea University and a MA in Political Communication from Cardiff University.

  • Connie Kovats

    Trainee

    Connie joined Tendo after working in both the parliamentary and constituency offices of two Labour Frontbench MPs. She has a Master’s in Social Policy from the London School of Economics and an undergraduate degree in History & Politics from the University of Oxford.

    At Tendo, Connie provides public affairs support to a range of clients. She is currently focusing on the legal, environmental, and cyber and tech sectors.

  • Daniel Laing

    Senior Account Director

    Daniel provides strategic advice and expertise to a range of clients at Tendo utilising his eight years in public affairs, research and campaigning. Having worked at a major political intelligence agency leading the health consultancy team, he has first rate expertise navigating the life sciences sector for pharmaceutical clients, health organisations and research bodies. He also has extensive experience working on local government research initiatives, in-house public affairs for a UK children’s charity and writing for political publications.

  • Miruna Leitoiu

    Account Executive

    Miruna joined Tendo after completing her degree in East Asian Studies at SOAS, University of London. She has previous experience in customer service across different sectors, including energy and technology, has completed an internship in public affairs and is currently finishing her Master's degree at SOAS in International Studies and Diplomacy.

    At Tendo, Miruna provides public affairs and campaigns support to clients across a range of sectors focusing on building media and political support.

  • Holly Mahon

    Account Director

    Holly has over six years’ Public Affairs and Public Relations experience, spanning FMCG, Corporate, and Travel clients, with a focus on the Third Sector.

    She has developed and delivered integrated communications campaigns for a range of charities, think tanks, and regulatory bodies, as well leading several crisis communications projects on an international scale.

    She holds an MSc in Environment, Politics and Development from SOAS University London, and has interests in environmental and social justice.

  • Bia Serra

    Senior Account Manager

    Bia joined Tendo from the Department for International Trade, where she spent around five years advising on a range of issues including engagement with the World Trade Organization.

    She has a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Essex and an MS in Politics and Communication from LSE.

    At Tendo, Bia provides public affairs, policy and strategic advice to a wide range of clients including health, transport and legal bodies.

  • Sarah Taylor

    Senior Account Manager

    Sarah joined Tendo from a corporate communications and stakeholder engagement agency, where she worked across a number of clients to deliver effective and persuasive communications, including in transport and healthcare sectors.

    Since joining Tendo, Sarah has provided public affairs, communications and policy support for a range of clients.

    Sarah is Tendo’s ‘Champion’ on the Labour in Communications Network.

  • Hannah Waters

    Senior Account Executive

    Hannah joined Tendo after completing an MSc in International Development at the University of Edinburgh, having gained a BA in Politics and International Relations from Lancaster University.

    At Tendo, Hannah provides public affairs and campaigns support to clients across a range of sectors focusing on building media and political support.

  • William Woodward

    Account Director

    William joined Tendo with 10 years’ experience from a range of parliamentary and public affairs roles. He has worked in a number of tech start-ups in the transport and logistics space (including Spin, Lime and Deliveroo), the charity sector, and previously had worked in various roles in the House of Commons for a Member of Parliament and Minister of State. His areas of expertise include tech policy, delivering innovation projects and local government engagement. He studied History at the University of Leeds.
